:hi: just noticed that we both ran to the computer at the same time to post. It was a nice little interview - serious, as it should be, and informative for those that didn't read the articles last week.

...aren't we? :7 It was a good interview. It sounds like what is coming together in the Middle East is what Kerry has been calling for for a long time. I sure hope all this diplomacy we are seeing bears fruit...the sooner the better.:hi:

3. The Syria visit sounded very productive.

It's so nice to see the Senator back home, but he sure does seem to get a lot done on these visits. I hope this is the kick-off to some really serious engagement with the ME. It's so refreshing to hear about people actually talking to each other!

4. I know. The change is like night and day. That's why I...

...hear people ask "Where is the change we can believe in?" and wonder if they are sleeping or something. :)

On EVERY level, on just about EVERY issue, the effort is so starkly different from the last eight years...it's WONDERFUL! You'd think everyone would be standing up and cheering. Maybe tonight at the SOTU...;)

5. Let's hope.

I think Obama and the Dem Congress are doing a fantastic job. Not perfect, but pretty damn good and I think that's all we can hope for with the obstructionists trying to tear down everything they do.

I'm impressed.
