Guess what I did to a car with a Bush-Cheney '04 sticker on it
Edited on Tue Dec-28-04 11:09 PM by Forever Free
I was leaving the grocery store and was walking to my car. As I got to my car, I saw a huge Chevy Suburban with Bush-Cheney '04, Real Men Vote Bush, and Kerry is Scary stickers on it. I was SO angry that I decided to do something about it. I went to my car, got a scrap of paper, and hastily wrote out a note. After I was done, I walked over to the car and put it on their windshield. The note read:

To whom it may concern:

I just wanted to let you know that someone put a Bush-Cheney sticker on the back of your car, along with some other pro-Bush ones. You might want to take that down as soon as possible. You don't want your neighbors to actually think you were stupid enough to vote for that moron.

Sincerely,
A Concerned American Patriot

I felt soooooo good driving away from the parking lot. If only every Kerry voter was to write such a note and put it on every car that had a Bush sticker on it, it would definitely send a message to the rest of the country. The 56 million Americans that voted for change are still here and willing to fight the good fight.

P.S. This was the second time I've done this to a car with a Bush sticker on it.

1. When they have both "Bush" and "Support the Troops"
I'm tempted to have a sticker made up that says "Pick one"

2. You should've also put
"Also, I'm sure you don't want to so impugn your masculinity by associating it with a male cheerleader and war deserter. Signed, a "Real Man."

Seriously to God. I'm a woman and the "Bush is virile and masculine" mantra that the wingnuts tried to jam down my throat was literally vomit inducing. Let me tell you the kind of man I prefer: a real war hero, not a fake one; a real athlete, not a fake one; a man of real honor, integrity, and principle, not a lying pig; and a man who's masculine enough to desire a strong and intelligent woman, instead of one who needs his ego stroked by a Stepford Wife.

Jesus God Almighty. That bumper sticker would've made my blood boil. Good on you to take that fucking freeper down a notch.

9. During the election I wanted to make one for my husband that said...
"Real Smart Men Vote Kerry!"

I'm going to apologize in advance for writing something so crude but.. I have to wonder a small a man's penis has to be before he needs a bumper sticker like that Bush one. Yuck!

12. I have Kerry/Edwards stickers & dumb ass stickers
I wish I had vote fraud stickers. But I think I'm going to make postcards up about the fraud and put on cars I see with Kerry stickers. I don't know how many people got disgusted and gave up. Anybody done this?

Good for you! Imyself have done that before only differece I wasn't so nice about it. I would like to see a lot more do the same. I got a dirty picture that a friend got from work that has Chimp being you know what by Bin Ladin. Yes we have been mean and when we see sticker like Real Men Vote Bush or Kerry is Scary we are nice enough to leave them a copy!

P.S. I know I shouldn't leave pictures like that on people's windshields but when I read that kind of crap it makes your blood boil especially the Real Man sticker there is nothing real about chimp except his stupidity. So I do it. I got to get over the anger and quit being so mean but these redneck assholes around here make that hard to do.

5. Bravo!!!!!!
I think I might try it. Hey whatever happened to the Freeway Blogger, the person who's website coaches people about putting up signs over freeways to call people's attention to the crimes and misdemeanors of His Fraudulency? Your note would look great, painted LARGE on a sign on an overpass facing a highway.

Just a thought.
See you in Gitmo mon.

7. Hahaha!
If only we could put up the liberal versions of those huge Clear Channel propaganda billboards. This sign would be great right in the heart of Red America: "FOUR MORE YEARS: Because He Hasn't TIme To Fuck Over Everything Yet"

8. The best one was still "W = Warmonger"
I've wanted to take a marker to the W stickers, turning them into WTF stickers, but there isn't any room on the things. Maybe over the flag.

10. You know, I live in Colorado, there are W stickers everywhere but never
it seems right next to me. I would love to do this, but I never get the opportunity. I just spent the weekend up in the mountains and this one little store up there had a HUGE W sign out front. It just made me sick. For the first time in my life, I understood why graffiti artists are compelled to use spray paint. I so wanted to spray paint a big red X across that friggin' W! My niece and daughter thought it was a great idea too, but we really aren't that brave. All I could picture is me and the girls (15 and 16) being hauled down to the police station handcuffed and having to call my husband and the rest of the family to come bail us out of jail! My family are all liberals and would probably think it was real funny if I got arrested, but not my niece and daughter!

11. I have a funny feeling there will be plenty of opportunities
to get arrested in the upcoming months...

I think civil disobedience may once again be the order of the day.
