Byrd was very good, and Biden was positively on fire. Hatch is up right now, but I noticed that he referred to JK's speech from last week. I guess that's a good thing?

because both are great on the issue. I caught a replay of JK speech, which was so good that I am not surprised about Hatch answering it. What did Hatch say about it?

He said something in objection to a statement JK had made in his speech--I wasn't too focused on it, just had it on in the background. But my ears pricked up when I heard Kerry's name mentioned.

he's really one of our best when he has a full head of steam. A lot of people on DU don't like him. I think he's ok most of the time.

Orrin Hatch... have I ever said how much I despise that sanctimonious fuck? He didn't get out two sentences before I'd changed the channel.

similar about George Washington and the conspiracy to make him a king and how he refused. They were both playing on the King George theme, which is good!
