Do not post links to polls in other forums |
|
Edited on Thu Aug-04-05 06:31 PM by Mass
I just had two threads locked for that.
I guess this is a new rule, but I will obey it.
But these polls are very boring, anyway.

1. I'm not understanding the reasoning behind not permitting these |
|
links. Do you understand why? Although, I agree with your assessment of these polls that always sway towards Clark whenever he is listed as a possible 2008 candidate.

3. Possibly to make Clark even more dominant |
|
Especially if they make the place very unfreindly, then we don't go, then they say no one likes Kerry - except maybe the 5 Million people on his list!.

5. i don't think it's really new |
|
they just don't want these forums used to "manipulate" things such as polls in other forums, especially the larger open forums.
even though you werne't doing it to get support or call on us to vote for Kerry i think it's probably just a matter of not allowing links to the poll at all.

6. But in fairness, I'll admit , I saw, I linked, I voted - so I'm guilty |
|
I just wish the polls (and especially the posts with them) would be banned until some very much later date. Almost every poll thread involving Kerry, ends up with more of the nastiest, least fair comments than any other typr of thread. They are just as nasty with Hillary, Bayh, Edwards. But questioning that a true liberal would likely not vote for Reagan or praise W after the tax cuts as Clark did, is considered unfair.

7. Voting for Reagan honestly bothers me |
|
I don't think Clark has ever criticized Reagan's policies either. I think it's a valid question, what does Clark think of Reagan and the 80's. It matters to me and I don't understand why it wouldn't matter to most Democrats.

Why Kerry's solid liberal credentials are constantly criticized and questioned when DU's darlings have provably conservative leanings. Color me confused. Eh, I've dealt with enough DU idiocy these past few days... it wears you down.
