Wednesday, October 5 2005 - 2:30 PM - Dirksen 562

Description: The Senate Commerce Committee’s Subcommittee on Trade, Tourism, and Economic Development has scheduled a hearing for Wednesday, October 5, 2005 at 2:30 p.m in Room 562 of the Dirksen Building on the growing problem of spyware, the Federal Trade Commission's jurisdiction and enforcement in this area, and its recommendations. Subcommittee Chairman Gordon Smith (R -Ore.) will preside. Witnesses will be announced when available.
