In an effort to expand the ranks of this group I've started sending PMs to people I see in other threads supporting Kerry but who I haven't seen in here with us (well, only 2 so far). If they haven't donated yet I inform them that it's cheap to donate etc. etc.

I think it's a good idea to PM these people because it prevents the haters from learning about us and raining on our parade. Furthermore, it will hopefully convince some people to become donors and will add some vitality and numbers to our already awesome group. Plus hopefully we can keep our lead as the biggest of the DU groups.

Try to encourage growth with some PMing, if you can.

Thanks for doing that. Every now and then I venture out of the Oasis, and see people who seem like they'd enjoy this forum - staunch Kerry defenders. What about ClassWarrior? He/she always defends Kerry (usually to humorous effect).

But per the rules of the group, we can have non-Kerry supporters tossed out if they get in, right? I think?
