herb is a great candidate and a fan of our guy!
Help needed in Arizona Congressional Race! Help Remove Abramoff buddy John Shadegg!
Herb Paine is a candidate in Congressional District 6 Arizona who is challenging the Republican incumbent John Shadegg. John Shadegg represents the worst of the neocons. He is on record as one of the most right wing members of Congress. He was one of the lead Clinton Impeachment Prosecutors. He was part of the infamous "Contract with America " and swore to be "term limited", a promise he is breaking.
Herb Paine is a successful consultant to the non profit industry, former CEO of United Way California , a veteran and a conscientious objector. He grew up in Boston, the cradle of liberty, and attended Boston University, majoring in Government. He received his Master’s degree from Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies in 1970, specializing in American Foreign Policy, Soviet Affairs, and International Economics. Following his service in the U.S. Army, he embarked on a career devoted to human services, social justice, and community problem-solving, spending thirteen years with the United Way.
Herb is Arizona's Paul Hackett. He is a charismatic individual who can defeat this right wing icon, but he needs help.We must prove to the Democratic Party that we are financially viable. We need funds buy polling to convince them of the numbers. We know we can win. Please help us take back the Congress in 2006 and help us replace Right Wing Shadegg with an intelligent problem solver who cares about people! Please donate to Herb's Campaign at www.paineforcongress.org

1. My checks come Friday. |

If you recommend him, that's enough for me. (And thanks! We need to point out good Dems and advocate for funding. This is the only way we can get a Democratic Congress for 110th in Jan.)

I am excited about this because this guy can win! He has bowled over every group he has spoken to. I was campaign manager for the last guy who ran against Shadegg. He was a great "resume" candidate but had no charm. And as you know, the Party does NOTHING if you aren't "targeted".And we weren't "targeted" Still aren't but there is a real sea change brewing.John Shadegg is true evil. He is also my neighbor. He lives around the corner from me in the same subdivision. He isn't popular in the neighborhood either but that is another story! Even the Republicans are tired of this guy. He has been unopposed for so long he thinks he has a divine right to office, and now he is tied up with Abramoff and is publicly refusing to return the money. What a lovely man. He has GOT to go down. And then maybe he'll move and I won't have to see him anymore!LOL!

AHm, if you will permit (This means I'm not gloating or anything) but I don't have any big congressional races. (I have a Gov's race, but the MA Congressional slate is very true blue.) I want to send some $$$$ love out to Dems who need it. Thanks for the alert. I love this!
I got a feeling that the mid-terms are going to be awesome for us. Anything I can do to help, even if it is a small donation, brings that a step closer to fruitin. (Plus, we share the same birthday. If I can't trust you, who am I going to trust?)
