Will JK run in 08 on AAR right now

I am finishing my morning coffee while browsing here and streaming Boston's AAR station. Just heard an invitation for people to call and discuss this in light of the recent speculations.

I wish Mark had had time to let me say a little more, I would have liked to address the previous comments about JK and the IWR and about his running again meaning that the Democrats have "no new ideas" but Mark derailed me with his clumsy banter. LOL! At least I got to say that JK is a "great statesman" and that I'd done a lot of research on him. And the guy who came on after me was really good.

I mean it, you were just great!!! I was sorry you couldn't talk more, but in a few words you managed to counter every stupid thing the people before you said. And you sounded smart and sane, a definite big plus!!!

Heard you, you were great! And the guy that followed was also very good, and the points he was making were in synch with yours, which is good. The points made by the first two callers, the naysayers were much more superficial, not that I am biased or anything :-)

When I woke up this morning Wayne Gillman was doing the news and he read the JK "options open for 2008" story that we all were talking about yesterday. I was happy that he did it without any of the snarky additions, so I tried to call and thank him, but they weren't accepting calls. Then I signed on to the computer and was about to post to the group to tell people about it. And THEN I heard Mark ask for opinions re JK. So I had to log off quick and run to the phone. I was relieved when finally logged on again to see that you had posted the alert!

9. Hard to remember...

I think I started out with a sort of disclaimer saying that listeners might think I only support Kerry because I am in Boston, but that I actually hadn't paid any attention to him before he got the nomination, to my shame. So then Mark Riley derailed me for a couple of seconds with joking questions about whether I'd voted for JK as senator. I said I was sure I had because I always vote Democratic, but that had thought of him as "just another politician." When he got the nomination I started researching him and his work and I found out that he was a great statesman. I wanted to say more, but Mark said goodbye and cut off the call. Now I know how politicians like JK must feel when they're being interviewed and only allowed to talk in soundbites after being asked stupid questions! LOL! I'm glad I could be a positive voice, but of course I wish I could have boiled down all the great points I read here every day and gotten them on air!
