Oh Wow! Just Wow! I am so proud to be from Massachusetts. |
|
Wow! Thank you John Kerry! Thank you Teddy Kennedy!
I am so glad I voted for you guys all those times and all those years. I put my Kennedy for Mass sign up in the window tonight. I have an old 'John Kerry' sign that I put in another window. Honestly, I am just blown away. (Oh, and Teddy, wait until I see your nephew this weekend, that bear hug is for you!)
I would be basking, but I think we have work to do, per the two Sens. from the Bay State. But, oh my God, all those times spent out talking and talking and saying these are the guys who will stand up for 'our values' and value our Constitution. Thanks! (Oh Lord, yes I have tears. But, like I said, there's work to do.)
Hope you guys don't mind a little home-state focus here, but I am just blown away. And so damn proud of 'my guys.'

I know I am. I don't care if the rest of the country hates Massachusetts, the liberal Senators, the 'pinko commies' we breed here. I would not want to live anywhere else in this country, or have any other senator representing me.

8. Me too - as of late this afternoon neither of my Senators |
|
(and Prosense's) had positions. I'm really surprised with Lautenberg - just because Alito grew up in the Trenton area doesn't mean he's good.

Good Senators represent their country first, then their states. (Profiles in Courage, right?) So, IMHO, today, both Sens are rperesenting their country, which is as it should be.
So, I think that means you have some 'ownership' as it were in this. (Plus, you post here! I mean really, you are all honorary Mass-souls tonight.)
:loveya: :kick: :loveya: :loveya:
Ahm, okay, now back to calling other people's Sens, cuz I don't have to call mine. (tiny, small, itsy-bitsy snark. Forgive me!)
