3. Senator Ensign (R-NV) was in a car accident

And won't be able to be there for the vote today. Apparently, his injuries aren't serious. But supposedly he won't make it for the vote. One less yes vote on cloture.

We wish him a speedy but restful recovery. This makes it harder for Sen. Frist to get 60 votes for cloture today - he needs 9 Senators from our list below, not 8.
