Help - looking for a picture (but not of Kerry)

Actually it's of Laura Bush. Very recent.
She looked very, very scary. It was all over DU. She looked like
she had botox that had gone bad.

I have been looking thru the archives with no success, and was
hoping someone might know where it is.

I am wanting to email it to a RW who thinks they're funny for emailing me a real nasty Hillary pic.
Not that I am defending Hillary - it's just the principle of it. I always have to have one up on this rw.
