AND a different but also disgusting attack

WHAT: News Conference

WHEN: Monday, Jan. 24 from 9 to 10 a.m.

WHERE: National Press Club (Lisagor Room), 529 14th Street NW, Washington D.C.

Marc Balestrieri, JCL is the canon lawyer and director of the non-profit organization DE FIDE based in Los Angeles. In an unprecedented class-action ecclesiastical lawsuit filed last summer, he filed a Dual-Denunciation for Heresy and Complaint for Reparation of Harm against Senator John F. Kerry for his support of the civil right to choose abortion. Under Roman Catholic Church law, support of abortion rights constitutes the "Right-to- Murder" Heresy condemned by Pope John Paul II in the Encyclical Evangelium Vitae of 1995. Automatic Excommunication is the penalty incurred for this offense.

Within 11 days of submitting a query with the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith in Rome, Balestrieri received a personal reply confirming the doctrinal merits of the case written by an expert theologian at the request of a Vatican official.

On Monday DE FIDE will 1) update the Press on the ongoing efforts to stop Kerry's continuing propagation of the Right-to- Murder Heresy, Sacrilege, and Scandal; 2) detail the new denunciations for Heresy, Sacrilege, and Scandal to be filed against Senators Edward Kennedy, Tom Harkin, Susan Collins, and former New York Governor Mario Cuomo; 3) release to the Press for the first time ever the first set of pending canonical briefs and documents pertaining to the Heresy cases; and 4) additionally release canonical forms inviting Christians and non-Christians alike to join in the class-action ecclesiastical lawsuit against all of the above-named parties.

Balestrieri will be available to answer questions. He will explain in layman's terms the complexities of the unprecedented and extremely rare Heresy cases in Canon law. Finally, he will offer journalists the opportunity for one-on-one interviews. (1)

(1) Breakfast will be served. Journalists on deadline can schedule private interviews with Balestrieri for the period following his formal presentation and Q&A.

1. Sounds like Fun!
This should be a good time.

I noticed the Religious Police have to serve a free breakfast to get anyone to show up.

The treason petition is rich. Really funny. Bring it on.

2. Right and this doesn't even include Corsi moving to Mass to run against
Kerry.

I don't think JK is going to have much trouble staying in the news.

This provides him a good opportunity to go after all the lies about his service and protesting that he didn't during the campaign.

Now he can slam them and he needs to before he runs again in 2008.

5. How about Giuliani, Pataki, Whitman and Schawrzenegger?
Love the hypocrisy. Besides, procuring an abortion or assisting in producing one is the ex-communicable offense. They don't even know their Church doctrine.

8. Did you ever see The Onion story "Swift Boat Vets Still Hounding Kerry"?
Sorry no link because it is on their premium site now. . .

http://theonion.com/

<snip>

Swift Boat Veterans For Truth, a group that gained national prominence in the months before the 2004 election, announced Monday that it will continue its campaign “to set the record straight about John Kerry.”

“We’ve made great progress in spreading the truth about John Kerry’s treasonous past, but our job isn’t over just because he lost the presidency,” said John O’Neill, founding member of the Swift Vets and author of Unfit For The Community, a new book arguing that Kerry’s Vietnam service record indicates that he would make a dangerous neighbor. “John Kerry is a threat to every American he comes in contact with, whether he’s running for president, getting his oil changed, or going to a movie with his wife.”

Although many expected the Swift Vets’ campaign to end when Bush was re-elected, a spokesman for the group said its efforts have only begun. “Just because that lying, cheating, opportunistic fraud from Massachusetts happened to be the Democratic presidential nominee, people assumed our efforts were politically motivated,” said retired Rear Adm. Roy Hoffman, chairman of Swift Boat Veterans For Truth. “Well, Kerry’s loss to George W. Bush does not undo the deeds of his youth.” Hoffman added: “We humble servants of truth will not stop until citizens are throwing garbage at John Kerry when they see him at the park.”

At the center of the group’s efforts is a $1.8 million television ad campaign that includes spots questioning Kerry’s ability to make quick decisions in a fast-food line, leave adequate distance between his car and the next in heavy traffic, and take proper care of his lawn. The ads have run in heavy rotation throughout the Boston area since Kerry gave his concession speech Nov. 3, and local television affiliates confirmed that the group has purchased airtime through the summer of 2005

11. These Bastards Are Going To Regret The Ever Started This Shit
Because if they think that they will get away with it I'm telling you they are kidding themselves. This is the biggest bunch of shit I ever heard in my life! First off there is no campaign going on at this time so if they think that they are going to continue with there bullshit as easy as they did during the campaign I suggest them try to act like real men and talk to John and Teresa lawyers but we know there is nothing real about them. But they damn well better be worried about what they are doing because these bastards will regret it you wait and see.

And they are not going to succeed in causing John to loose his job that is a joke in itself. And if the are trying to make things better for Corsi or that repuke governor to run for his seat in 2008 I think they are in for a shock there as well. John will always have his senate seat as long as he wants it simply because John is well loved in Massachusetts and even these fuckers aren't going to change that. All these fuckers are doing is increasing the love for John and the hatred for themselves but being walking shit for brains immoral fuckers they truly are they are to dumb to realize it. And they won't stop John from running for president either if he chooses to do so. And these fuckers are so convinced they are the sole reason Kerry lost when in fact if they looked at the facts about this election they did not do half the damage they thought they did.

As I said yesterday * and all his cronies is a virtual repeat of the Nixon years. There are even people there now that was there then. Dumbsfeld being one of those. This is just a bunch of inside work once again trying to destroy Kerry before he destroys them. Well guess what it didn't fuckin work then and it sure as hell isn't going to work now. And Kerry is in a better position today to fight these bastards than he was then. And Kerry also has a wife now that will fight these bastards as well. She is not like Julia in being quiet, unspoken, afraid or dislike the political life. Julia was a good woman and a good mother but she was never cut out for the life and hassles that come with politics. Teresa is just the opposite she has been there to damn long and knows the ropes to damn well to be a push over by any damn one. They even tried to get her to run for her first husband senate seat after he died and it is said that had she chose to she would have won. This woman as we all know is a fighter and a damn good one. So as I said Kerry being in his position as a senator for 20 years and has a wife that is a big of fighter as him and neither one will give, these bastards will regret what they are trying to do.

So I have three three words for the bastards and those they work for "Bring It On!" Hell I personally will enjoy watching their asses get destroyed and go down in flames! And you can damn well believe that John and Teresa will NOT back down from these bastards for any reason. Most sane people know you don't want to cross the path of either one of them because just trying to fight one of them you are going to have a hell of a fight on your hands, but you put the two of them together Oh Hell! Lets put it this way I wouldn't want to be the one that had to face them. And at this point and time after this campaign they just finished you can damn well believe both of them have had it with the bullshit lies and attacks and are ready to kick some major ass.

Two thug impeachable presidents with essentially the same staff is an EXPLICIT picture for Americans. If it does not destroy the party, it is sure to destroy these staffers and appointees ONCE AND FOR ALL!

progressive repubs start speaking out en masse? I'm seeing a little shift on some of the less radical Repubs now, so I'm not quite sure how to view this.

isn't it interesting that they are still going after him? Is he that much of a threat? YES!!!!! You've still got them shaking, John. Wouldn't it be convenient if you were out of the picture by the time the election fraud got exposed? Those farging bastages.

13. WTF!? Susan Collins? Major Rant
Susan Collins is a Republican Senator from Maine! Why is she under attack? My theory this not about Dem/Rep divide per se, but liberal/conservative divide. Susan Collins is a very liberal Repub who is somewhat to the left of Lieberman, which is too liberal for neocons.
180,000 people! This just sad. Jk, Teddy, Harkin, Collins, Cuomo...man I dig them all. Please no!
Earth to the Roman Catholic Church: There's something called the liberty of conscience that you guys having been preaching ever since that little thing called the Second Vatican Council!
These are good people don't judge them on account of one issue. The Roman Catholic Church is not a one issue religion. The Culture of Life applies to fighting for peace, economic justice and the support of the dignity of minorities don't narrow it down to abortion.
This is not a theocracy! These politicians are Catholic, they just don't want to force their beliefs on other people. A lot people believe you aren't alive until you are born, but the Roman Catholic Church preaches about ensoulment, that the egg becomes a human when the sperm meets it. Try to explain ensoulment to those who don't believe in a soul!
This whole thing is a shame and a scam. Insulting to the faith of these good, Catholic politicians who have served their country in government as well as all pro-Choice Catholics.
Please God protect JK, Teddy, Harkin, Collins, Cuomo from these unjust trials. Amen.

18. As Far As The Swifty Liars
They won't get far at all with their bullshit. This is all going to back fire and blow up in their faces big time. All they are doing is starting a war among vietnam veterans all over. Because their are many that havn't spoke out about what these bastards because they know the shit was lies and proven to be lies. So they have kept out of it but the longer these bastards are allowed to continue to attack others veterans with a bunch of damn lies so that these bastards continue to make a name and money for themselves the madder the others get and they will start fighting back. Because there are thousands on top of thousands of veterans that are sick of these bastards attacking other veterans like Kerry, Cleland, and McCain.
Eventually you will have a all out war between the lying, slandering, dirty, destroy others honor to make your own look better, make money off of others service and pride for your own damn greed, make a name for yourself by destroying others that wern't to lazy and sorry to work hard and continue to serve their country and get ahead in life, swifty liar vets against the vets that have more respect for themselves, their country, and other vets that wouldn't even think about pulling this kind of garbage much less do it.

As far as the church goes, they do have enough legal problems right now and the ones that are trying to force this shit need to take a step back and look in the mirror and ask themselves what the hell they are doing. Because leaders of the church or whatever doesn't give these people the right to play God or pass judgment on anyone. All they are doing is destroying the church more by pulling this kind of bullshit. And that is all the hell it is, is pure bullshit! These people are bigger sinners than the people they are passing judgment on ever would be. I guess it is srarting to be in this country you have to pass a litmus test or sign that paticular churches loyalty oath to enter it. This shit is getting totally out of hand in this country and more and more people will eventually leave the church over bullshit just like this. All they are doing is destroying more everyday. There are millions of pro choice catholics in this country. Are all them going to be excommunicated?
