Hey all you "kerryites"! I'm back.........just been lurking and catching up on y'all, and checking out those Kerry pics! The one taken of him in front of blackboard at Pittsfield High School, was taken the first year we lived there. Oh what memories to have him represent me. To think that I was one of his constituants...Oh my!!!!!! The wedding is a memory now. The happy couple arrive home from their honeymoon this evening. Looking forward to seeing their tans after a week in Charleston S.C. I have many wedding pictures to share with ya, but need the "bride" home to show me how to get them into "photobucket" and then on to you. I'll pick out only the very best, OK? You must have a treasury of memories. Oh, I saw the faces too! The wedding photos are awesome, but I'll have to wait until my daughter can get over here next week to help me upload them to photo bucket. I'm having trouble because my tower is one that her boss, an attorney, gave me when mine died. It's still registered in her name, and wont' let me upload. :argh: DC

3. Hi DC! How's the weather in Conn.?

It feels weird not having a reason to go up there -- my parents moved permanently down to Florida -- the spring really is just lovely in Connecticut. Looking forward to seeing the wedding pics. You must be so happy and pleased!

8. I couldn't be any happier for them!

They are a match made in heaven if you know what I mean. The weather has been great here. My tulips are up and almost ready to bloom. The daffodils already have bloomed. All the trees are bursting with buds and the earth is coming alive again. So appropriate for the holiday we celebrate tomorrow. DC P.S. wish we had some easter eggs or Bunny's and chicks in our "smilies table" HINT HINT mods!! Maybe something for all the different seasons and special occasions!!

Thanks for asking. The only residual problem is in my back. I can't stand (stationary) for more than 1/2 hr., so checkout lines are a bitch!! Thank God I have a dishwasher at home, as I can't stand in front of the sink to do dishes. I walk as much as I can for exercise. Now that the weather is getting warmer, I take the pooch out for walks. I helped set up the Church hall for the wedding reception and I must have been running on pure adrenalin, 'cause it didn't hit me til we were done. DC:hi:

Congratulations on the wedding. It must feel like a great blessing to have your daughter meet a 'man of her dreams' and know this is a great match. Wonderful.

I feel the same about spring up here in Northern Mass. It's been gorgeous. Daffodills are just now up and the tulips would be up with the squirrels hadn't eaten them all. (I have store bought tulips. They are also beautiful.)

A wonderful Easter for you and your family! Now you can look forward to the birth of a grandchild! That should be exciting!

And, ahm, welcome back. I hope you've had a chance to rest after all the work of the wedding. Take care!
