How bad Kerry did in 2004
I'll tell you how bad. In Virginia Kerry had more votes then Bush did in 2000. Kerry had over 237,000 more votes then Gore, even factoring Nader he still almost got 200,000 more votes.

But you know Kerry was such a lousy campaigner. :sarcasm:

3. I did not know that
I thought Kerry did nothing right :eyes:.
I think it's possible that Virginia could become a solid Democratic state in the presidential elections. Warner and Kaine have done so much here. I mean Kaine won by a landslide in Loudoun County which has been Republican for ages.

4. All of this adds up to a Kerry win...
Which Diebold never let us see.

5. Something had to be up
Either way though Diebold or not he did a great job as a liberal senator from Massachuetts going against a wartime incumbent but his detractors never get this. All they do is whine like babies.

7. They're idiots.
And they simply cannot see the big picture.

They all whine "John Kerry let MEEEEEEE down."

Their over-inflated sense of entitlement is shocking. It's ALL about them!

8. It's self righteous is what it is
There's a reason why I am highly skeptical of the far left and it's not just their apologisms for totalitarian dicators.

9. They drive me nuts
You know it boggles my mind. Its like they never were defeated at anything in their lives, they never heard of the saying you win some and you lose some but you never stop trying and give up. Like in sports not all defeats are on the up and up but you go back out there and try again.

My daughter learned that lesson when she was 12 years old and didn't make her softball All-Star team. I was expecting crying all the way home but instead I was totally surprised by her reaction. She was totally upset with others who didn't make the team and their mocking of the players who did. hey also said they would not go watch the games and support them. My daughter looked at me and said "you know Mom, of course I'm disappointed I didn't make the team, but it won't make me stop trying and and do my best to make it next year. The ones who are doing all the whining need to learn you can't always win, they need to grow up and realize that."

She was 12 and she got it, I guess those that are whining on the left are like those same few who were whining about not making All-Stars, they still don't get it. By the way my daughter made the team each year after that and at 16 she was named sportsman of the year. Her facing a loss made her a much better person.

10. It drives me nuts too
I am gonna say something maybe controversial here but I feel that if we can get a Democratic majority back I'd rather try to repair the problems Bush has caused with the country than trying to impeach him. I do believe Bush deserves to be impeached more than Clinton ever did but I'd also like to see our country repaired and make the work of the incoming president let it be Kerry please a bit easier than it would be. The problem with some is they can't accept that we will lose elections sometimes. It sucks but it happens. They sometimes aren't even grateful to what they got too. We worked very hard here to get Kaine as governor and Warner before him and many of these people act like Warner is a Republican basically because he didn't act like they did. The problem with some on the left is that they expect everyone to think like they do and as a result they are very intolerant of others who think differenlty than they do. Take Murtha for instance I knew who he was before he became famous in the anti war circles and I liked him because I felt he was a great rep for his constiuents.
