Vote early, vote often - list of dailykos polls |
|
here: http://www.democraticunderground.com/discuss/duboard.php?az=show_mesg&forum=364&topic_id=1264730&mesg_id=1264730The "leadership" polls are interesting. I'm not sure why Reid is doing so much better than Pelosi. Well, okay, I know.

3. I would like to see VP Gore actually address and provide |
|
answers to some of the most pressing problems today. He has criticized Bush on the war and wiretapping and he is addressing possible Global Warming issues, but that is all.If and it is a big "if"is going to run, he will need to address more than the issue of Global Warming and he can criticize Pres. Bush all he wants, but that gets to be a tiring after awhile- especially without offering any solutions or plans. I still say he is the flavor of the month and all the buzz is to promote this new movie. The Clinton pundits,KOS and some at DU like him because he isn't Kerry. IMO, he offers nothing more than Bush bashing and Global Warming warnings, not much of a resume to run on. I love it when the supporters say we need Gore now, I have to ask why? What would he actually bring to the Presidency if he were the candidate? Would he denounce his old conservative POV and embrace progressive initiatives now? How would he explain the change in his views without being labeled a "flip flopper"? Obviously, he doesn't thrill me and I am sold on Kerry. Being objective though, I just think many of the Gore followers don't know or remember anything about him other than he hates Bush and sadly, this is all that matters to some even though the Republican challenger this time won't be Bush.

7. What is his current position on NAFTA |
|
Did Gore ever modify his postion in 2000, given that the program failed to do what he said it would in '93.

polls not based in reality. As big a community as Daily Kos is, obviously only Gore and Feingold supporters are taking the poll. Interesting that the second poll has Feingold with over 3,000 votes, but the first shows him with under 1,000 and Gore with over 3,000.

Interesting too, that many Kerry supporters stay away from the site because it is assumed that the voting is somehow manipulated to produce a certain result. All very predicable and not very convincing IMO. Seeing those numbers doesn't make me want to back either of them.

but I will definitely stay away and let the fools THINK that they have winners. All these polls are ridiculous this far out, but children must play.
