Another Memorial Day post

It's a day to remember those who fell to make this country great. From the minutemen in Lexington and Concord, the brave men who defended the city of New Orleans in the War of 1812, the 20th Maine who held Little Round Top at Gettysburg at all costs, the doughboys in the trenches of the Western Front, the sailors who braved the U-boats, the brave boys from Bedford who landed on Omaha, the paratroopers who jumped in to Normandy, the Marines who fought on Iwo Jima, the airmen who bombed targets from the skies, the men who fought the men who fought Communism in the Cold War, and all the others.
We can not forget them. There isn't a day where I don't think of my relative who died in WWII. I never knew him obviously but I always think about him
