I just did. Papanonio didn't seem outraged by the 60-day seal at all. It sounded like he was perfectly accepting of it, so I wonder if it's not the normal process.

I know nothing about the law, but he seemed to think the 60-day order was fine.

3. In most other cases I wouldn't be as suspicious, but Gonzales is a cog

for BushInc and always has been - there is no way I would accept that Gonzales is doing anything but working against the full exposure of these machine problems, and instead working to direct any culpability AWAY from the Bush team.

I think the key is that this is making the news more and more now. A lot of court cases get gag orders - of course that it is from Gonzales is maddening. I think key to this is that RFK, Jr has gone up against these thugs in the courts before.

5. If it was an actual concern for justice motive, but this is Gonzales and

there is no way he is concerned about machine fraud, he's concerned about learning what all RFK has so they can coopt it and ruin the case and the evidence.

I can't believe anyone thinks that Gonzales is playing it straight.
