Sen Kerry speaks on Senate Floor around 11:30 am 7/18

Sen. Reid just announced the speakers for this morning's session on the Stem Cell bills before the Senate. He announced that Senator Kerry would speak in the block of time allocated to the Democrats between 11:30 am and 12:00 noon. Sen. Kerry has up to ten minutes in that time frame.

All times are, of course, Eastern Standard Time. (EST.)

1. Good, may be we will have somebody who will speak about

human beings rather than laws. With the exception of Durbin and Harkin, we have heard nothing but legalistic explanations, but nothing that remind that it is about people.

Too bad that he is not speaking more (on this as om many other issues).
