Friedman on MSNBC, what a POS |
|
Beyond everything else he said, right, wrong, or indifferent - get this.
NO Presidential candidate has ever said higher gas prices would wean the country off our dependency on foreign oil.
Excuse me, but isn't that exactly what those goofy gas commercials pillaried Kerry for in 2004??
Isn't it a shame environmentalists are villified as girly-men, green is the new red, white and blue says Friedman - well where was he 20 years ago when the Greens were actually leading on the issue?
What a hypocritical pompous ass.

1. He does that with everything |
|
- I couldn't believe when he was hyping his earth is flat book and he was saying that NO ONE in DC was saying that globalization was a given and we needed to be the top technical country to keep the good jobs. (Economists have been saying this for a long time - Kerry said it in his NAFTA speech - I understand him missing that - but how did he miss the ENTIRE 2004 campaign!!!!)
and if he explains one more time - why maybe it can work out well after 3/4th of a column was listing all the disasters in Iraq, I will run that section of the NYT through the shredder.
