1. Wow, what a list
I wonder if most people are aware of this even now. It also seems they are heavilly weighted to the end of the year, starting in the last 3 weeks of the campaign. (likely because it's complicated enough that unless the change was very significant and controversial - Kerry couldn't make it an issue. (Also, you couldn't point to a pattern yet.)

He is a dictator.

3. Signing statement on the IWR
The debate over this resolution in the Congress was in the finest traditions of American democracy. There is no social or political force greater than a free people united in a common and compelling objective. It is for that reason that I sought an additional resolution of support from the Congress to use force against Iraq, should force become necessary. While I appreciate receiving that support, my request for it did not, and my signing this resolution does not, constitute any change in the long-standing positions of the executive branch on either the President's constitutional authority to use force to deter, prevent, or respond to aggression or other threats to U.S. interests or on the constitutionality of the War Powers Resolution. On the important question of the threat posed by Iraq, however, the views and goals of the Congress, as expressed in H.J. Res. 114 and previous congressional resolutions and enactments, and those of the President are the same.

This tells me that no matter what the resolution said he was going to do what he wanted to do.

5. Bush is a monstrous dictator
And now he wants to go to war with Iran. They are using the same gameplan they used to advance the war with Iraq. They are using Israel to 'soften up' Hezbollah and try and provoke an incident so bad that the US will have to go against Tehran.

The problem for them is: Bush's approval rating this year is around 36%. At the time of the IWR it was 60% which enabled him to get away with this bullshit. And Hezbollah is not rolling over. Unfortunately for the world, they have learned how to fight and are not proving to be an easy enemy.

Bastard. The Founding Fathers and Mothers of this nation would roll over in their graves and vomit if they saw what this POS does on a daily basis. He is a disgrace to this nation and the values we hold, he is a disgrace to anyone of the Christian faith the believes in 'blessed are the peacemakers' and he is a disgrace as a human being.
