Question from photo novice

Now that I have a host site to upload images I can not make one appear in a message. I put the http location in a message and the image did not show up.
What do I need to do?

I did not get the code from the site and will post it here to see if it works.

On edit, I looked to see where Crawford was. Also lovely, but no where near my picture. This is on 160 relatively close to I-25. Still doesn't diminish the beauty of your shot! Welcome to the photography group! :hi:

8. Colorado is very photogenic

Use to live in the Denver/Boulder area and almost recognize your shot.
The formation in the shot I posted is the remains of a volcanic flume that is near Crawford. I have taken this picture in every different weather condition and season. Seems to have me captivated.
