1. Looks like someone was having
too much fun. So when, where, what and who? Also did the black ski mask scare some people?

2. It did scare a homeless man whom I was talking to
The guy with the mask walked up and started talking to me and the homeless guy freaked out. Considering what happened in Broward this week with those thugs whacking the homeless guys with bats, you can't blame him.

Those shots were taken in Ft. Lauderdale at the World Can't Wait protest last November. They were taken by another South Florida photographer who shoots a lot of protests. Here is his website.

homeless guys in Fort Lauderdale. Hope they catch whoever fast and throw them in with general population in jail.

They are great environmental portraits of you. They would be a great addition to your site if the other photog would let you use them.

6. That incident has outraged South Florida
I will ask him if he will let me post the photos on my site. As long as I give him credit, I don't think he will mind.

9. From what I have seen
of news coverage (my local believe it or not and Countdown) it sounds like the cops are not taking it lightly. Hate what happened but it is heartening to see so many care and get outraged. With this misadministration forget there are more decent people then not.

Also your friend has some great photos on his site. Going back to look at more.

10. Those are great shots.
They completely capture your intensity. I'll bet you're everywhere when you're shooting protests. :)

12. I get totally into the zone when I'm shooting protests or anything
where there is chaos or confrontation. In the above photos, I was on a median on a busy street in Ft. Lauderdale. This is one of the shots I got.

It was right after Hurricane Wilma, so I was on my second week of cold showers. Looking at those pictures, I realize how scaggly my hair was during those days.

13. Nice illustration of what it takes to do that kind of photography.

Hats off to you.

So, did you ever find out if the if the extremely fit Man In Black in photo #1 was a provocateur. Sure looks the part. In the demos I've been involved in, the anarchist Black Bloc participants looked more like goth poets than special ops trainees, but then, maybe I have become a bit paranoid these days. Too many years of seeing my government at work.

(edit because the " " thing helps when relevant)

14. I suspected it throughout the whole protest
But in the end, I don't think he was. But you never know and I don't worry about it because they still haven't taken our right to protest away from us.

However, there's been some paranoia with some of these anti-war groups down here because it turns out, they had been infiltrated by the feds and were under surveillance ever since the war started. So I'm sure there is a file out there with my name in it.
