Shot on a tripod using the time delay.

The length of these exposures varied from 9 seconds to 22 seconds at ISO 200.

4. If I had to guess...
...I'd say that the predominant lighting in this area is with the very yellow (sodium?) street lights? It looks similar to the warm glow I got when I photographed a building with those yellow streetlights:

6. Again correct.
I have had to do a fair bit of curve massage on some of this series.

Some of these were adjusted with a white balance card shot, but still required a little massage.
