This app is not purely a photo manipulation program , it is more a paint program, but I am sure you can find a use for it over-painting photos or just having fun. The free version is pretty good, but if you like it, pay the $19.95 for the full program. The interface might be a bit different than what you are used to, but it is easy to learn. Reviewers say it is much better than MS Paint.
