1. Good grief...
I never even heard of Cosplay or Pataphysics. Am I old or something?

2. No.
If you were old, you'd have been exposed to both these concepts long ago, because you can't teach an old dog new tricks. Thankfully, you're still young enough to learn something new every day! Two new things per day, if you're lucky! :hi:

3. Okay, I like that logic... :-)
Hey, for any of you reading this, pray for clear skies here tonight. Auroral activity is supposed to be especially high, and we're heading out of town after Bill Maher (11:00) to check it out. Right now it's partly cloudy, although it's been clear all day, but it usually clouds up some this time of day, so hopefully later it will be clear again. I'm really dying to shoot some northern lights, and it would be especially cool with the moon rise at 11:47. :fingers crossed:

4. You're going to see Bill Maher?
I have a love/hate thing with him, but mostly it's love. What keeps him in the love court is that even when I don't agree with his positions, he's consistent in speaking out for what he believes, and it's always well-thought out.

Plus, he's a :smoke:

5. Yeah, I love Bill Maher
I can't help myself. It was a rerun last night (the one right after Katrina - ouch), but I watched it anyway. We did drive out to the Valley afterwards, but even though there was some northern lights activity, it was a little too hazy to get any good photos. I did get some moonrise pictures (at 1:00 a.m.!) that aren't too great, but I may post one later.
