Serious question for people with galleries...

How do you decide which pictures to use? I'm trying to get some photos together for my soon-to-be SmugMug gallery, but I'm really having a hard time choosing what images I want to include. Do you draw straws or what?

I just go with what I like and will print well. :shrug: Also if there is something other people really like I put it up.

I think them through, try to only take the best, then get friends who I can rely on to give me no-bullshit feed back to tell me which one's I should keep, which ones I should ditch, and why. Then I take all of that into consideration and re-edit the content.

Set it up how ever it pleases you. Put up whatever you like. If you aren't sure, put it up anyway. You can always change things around later. For me it is a hobby.
