I've been out chasing thunderstorms a bunch of times since Spring without any luck. :(
(Well, I don't really chase them. I watch the radar, set up in a pre-selected spot, and wait for them to come to me.)

6. In the "too unbelieveable not to be true" dept...
...I was just now cleaning off my card, and noticed I actually got another strike in the same ten-minute storm, without knowing it! :D
Exposure very funky, I must've still just been mucking around, as it was pretty much broad daylight. :shrug:

You say you didn't use a tripod? That's make it even harder.

I got these last year by placing my camera on a tripod and using a cable shutter release. It was like shooting fireworks. It took a lot of shots just to get a few.
