are A goldfinch (female) and a Female sparrow? I think anyway

Was this from your zoo adventure with the Gorilla?

I love that you do a lot of nature photography!

I think Saddle-Billed Stork is my favorite

and grackles were freebees. ;) On the Saddle-Billed Stork I had to move to manual focus to try to make the netting "disappear" because my autofocus kept wanting to focus on the netting and not the stork. I think my manual focus turned a tad stork but I couldn't pass up the color of the stork's beack. Thanks for the comments. I love taken pictures of wildlife!

3. Neat stuff.
Have you visited the Nature Center and Wildlife Refuge north of Ft Worth? It's on 199 NW of Ft Worth. Long trip from where you are but a day there in the fall or spring is a great adventure.

4. No, but I might plan on that.
I also think I am going down to visit Fossil Rim State Park in Glen Rose. That is probably as far south as the park to which you refer is north from my location.
