Texture poll

So, whaddaya think? Pond Scum, Fern, Shadows? Any of these float your boat for texture? ( I may change the title of Pond Scum. Wouldn't want to take unfair advantage in the Lounge because of a title.) ;)

1. I'm biased.

Ferns!

2. I think it would be fun to take a common subject

such as ferns and do a contest. Maybe unofficial, just to see how each of us sees essentially the same object. This only works if you get really specific about the object. Textures and portals, for instance, seem too open for this sort of thing.

I like the third pic, too, but I think it's more about pattern and less about texture.

But I really liked shadows. The chaotic part of my brain really likes that one.... or so it tells me.
