Flowers
I played a bit with my Macro zoom.

I know the focus isn't the best on this one. I was trying to catch the waterdrop in the middle of the leaf. The thing is, I need to be away at least a meter for the camera to focus.

1. Very, very nice...
When did you take those photos? I'm assuming you aren't getting flowers like that in your neck of the world in late October (unless climate change is a lot worse than we feared...).

3. Wish we would have had a Flower thing this year
If I'm counting correctly... I really like the 2nd and 4th pics. The cream of bokeh soup is very nice on the 2nd and I always like those stickly prickly kinda' flower pod things.

Macro Zoom? Is this something new for you?

4. Yes Macro Zoom is new to me
I only have it less than a year and I still need to find out in which distance I need to stand to take a picture that is in focus.

5. Love the second shot
I took a very similar one a couple of years ago, the difference being: mine's not nearly as good as yours.

7. Thanks Jeff
none of the flowers are anything special, just stuff that grows on the grass (well, except the rose). I was walking with my family and those little things catched my eye. My family had to wait for me  Once I start taking pictures I see more and more. And I still use a film camera, so if I don't stop it really gets expensive for me ...

10. I know that problem too well
I'm down to my last roll of film and can't justify buying more right now, so I'm just shooting digital. There's nothing I enjoy more than my macro zoom, but it's not getting any use these days.:-(
