Like water off a duck's back...
These were shot at a local lake, Joe Pool Lake, in the Dallas area.
A mallard drake








And a redhead and muscovy duck for good measure.

5. These are all so good.
Thank you for sharing them.

My 18 month-old granddaughter was sitting on my lap last evening while I was going through your photos, and didn't say a word until she saw the last pic of the Muscovy (which we're very familiar with). When it came up, she sat up straight, pointed at it and exclaimed, "Duck!".

Not quite sure how to get her to understand that the others are ducks, too - but want to thank you for the opportunity to try.
