A great catch. You should add this to your smugmug page. Saw it is with the new lens too. For a while at least you are going to have to add with or without the new lens to you captions.

A combination of the new lens and the fact that it wasn't dark yet. I've had trouble taking moon shots in the dark because of the contrast. With this shot, I was really amazed at the detail on the moon's surface. It shows up a lot clearer in the photo than it did in real life.
