Very arty. That little bit of backlighting behind the wing is awesome. Did you plan it that way?

I actually was trying to take, well, I did, but it was not worth it, a picture of another bird in front of this one. This little guy came, landed and took off during the sequence.
I liked it better than the other, planned shot.

Very ethereal, and the lighting's very dramatic. :thumbsup: It was a happy coincidence that s/he decided to pose for you while you were shooting something else.

But I think it's a chickadee, not a sparrow. Chickadees have black caps, sparrows tend to be redheads. :hi:
