We ended up with about 8 inches here, up to a foot some places in town, a record for this day of the year. The skiers are giddy, the gardeners bummed. And it looks like our nightly walks will have to be suspended just as they've barely begun. We were already sloshing through about six inches of slush on the trail when we went walking last week...it looks like I'm back to the elliptical for my exercise for a while. :(

4. Oh, it's not that bad.
At least we don't have tornadoes, hurricanes and floods (usually). This is just a "spring shower." :) It's already starting to melt.
