2. I was tryin' to help Blue...
your Spring is comin'...and, yeah, it was 90* here today...and I am compelled to add that it was a GORGEOUS day.

And, it is a gorgeous evening...it is 10:30 PM here now, and we have doors and windows open, soft breeze coming through, still in the low 70's...

3. I know, and I do appreciate it, really...
The photographs are beautiful ... and I know I'll have my revenge this summer when it's a gorgeous 68 degrees here, with a cool breeze, flowers blooming, veggies growing, and you'll be sweltering down there in your 110 degrees. Then it'll be MY turn.

4. Oh you cruel, cruel Blue_IN_AK you...

And if our weather so far is any indicator it's gonna' be HOT HOT HOT this Summer. Won't surprise me one bit if we make th 115*-plus range at some point...

My one ameliorating thought is that I retired last year, and won't have to continue the 30+ years of manual labor out in the heat...I'll be spending much of my Summer in cool, quiet archives here, and back in Philadelphia with my eldest daughter. :woohoo:

5. Great pics - thanks!
Mother Nature keeps teasing us here. We'll have a nice warm, sunny day, then the next day we'll have snow. Sometimes I doubt if spring will ever arrive. *sigh*

7. Our snowfall Friday
was the third most for a single day on record here, and by far the most after April 1. I love the winter and the snow, but it's almost May 1st, for heaven's sakes.

8. Are you visiting the girls?
Mine said the weather is finally starting to look nice back there. However, she is studying for 2nd year boards right now, so she doesn't find much time to enjoy it.

You are flying all the way back to Germany on Thursday? Won't your arms be awfully tired...? :hide:

:D
