Mystery Spider

I found this little guy on my patio. Can any one ID this spider? I have no idea??

Black, green eyes, and three white dots/markings on his backside.

2. No I think the green was the eyes...
...but I could be wrong. It was green something on/near it face. little bit larger than a the size of a nickel.

3. from your photo it looks like the fangs are green...if they are it's a jumping spider
