Canon 70-200mm L IS == Phenomenal!
Well, it had better be for that price.

This was taken handheld, 1/15 exposure at 2.8, ISO 400

Mmm. I agree, phenomenal lens -- pricy, heavy, but really worth it. I love mine.

I use the 100mm telephoto macro more frequently.

My complaint about the big mother it is that too heavy.

The picture itself isn't much, but the resolution on a handheld shot at dusk is what amazed me.

It handled the neon on this sign like nothing I've seen

4. that's excellent, a really clear image. I've snapped a few neon sign before and
looking at picture makes you feel like you're on drugs or your eyes hurt. That lense was worth the money.
