2. I wish I could...

I'm trying to empty the freezer before we go out fishing again this summer -- this is absolutely the best way to do it. I really do love this stuff (there went my vegetarian diet that I've been on since April 10). Fish is a vegetable, isn't it??

3. I had it once. A friend of mine went to Alaska and caught some

salmon, had it smoked and brought it to work. Yes, it is fantastic.
