Help me pick autumn scene, please!

As you can see, I'm kind of all over the place on this one. There were some magnificent vistas on a trip to Connecticut two weeks ago but we couldn't stop the car and where we stopped, the foliage was not so great.

1. These are all really pretty

but I'm kind of partial to number 4, waiting for company.

is my fav, but I also like Waiting for Comapany.

so I like the first one best. But I also like the two leaves in the puddle for its creativity, color and composition.

6. Silly me, thinking that asking would make the decision...

REALLY easy. Well, the last 2 are off my list. The Last Leaf is, perhaps, a bit depressing, or not so impressive. The tree is very in-your-face autumn. And Fence and Waiting are better graphically, or design-wise. Argh! I hate these decisions.
And who knows what those who vote will like anyway? I remember there was a lot of love for the very cute turtle muffin here, but in the prelims, not so much.

7. Tree of Fire or Don't fence me in.

I like the "in your face" color quality of Tree of Fire. Those leaves are almost glowing! :thumbsup:

Don't Fence Me In made me laugh, great title and subject. Nice composition and the leaf's colors really pop against the muted background. Another :thumbsup:
