I discovered the July 1962 Life magazine that had the interview and photos of Marilyn. She was very very upbeat, warm and witty, and throughout the intrview, she showed whhat a sweet yet intelligent person she was.And of course, while all her current biographies state that her death by suicide was due in part to her losing her looks, she looked dazzling.
It was a shame for all of us that she died at such an early age.
