1. These are so somber.
I like the top two very much, I wish I could combine them somehow. In the top one, the O's- the letters in the huge stone - look like frozen large drops.
OUr town has RJR and their history, and Hanes Hosiery and theirs, in huge old wealthy mausoleums in a Moravian graveyard called God's Acres.

Your pictures make me want to go down there and poke around.
We had a little, very very rare snow too, you know.

2. I really like these shots.
They have a very desolate, lonely feel, very appropriate for a cemetery.

3. Thank you.
I was the only one in the cemetery, about 7:30 in the morning. I pushed the exposure to 'wash' it out a bit and was very pleased with the results.

4. I remember going to the local cemetery on a bright, clear winter day
I remember going up to visit my grandparents final resting place at the local cemetery and just being struck by how still and how peaceful it was - it was a bright, clear winter day.
