1. Muchas gracias.....
......por las hermosas fotos de Mexico.

Especially like the second one....there just seems to be so much old world character to it. Very charming, and a beautiful setting.

Appreciate you sharing!

2. No problem...
Ajijic is a strange little town on the shores of Chapala. On the one hand, there are a ton of gringos, so it has an American feel to it.
On the other hand, the malecon (boardwalk type thing) on the shore had a very odd vibe. I got yelled at to stop speaking English-one of my friends doesn't speak good Spanish- and stared at by the twentysomethings because of my tattoos. The church was in Ajijic.

Photography keeps me sane in Mexico. Normally I'm in archives all day, or my room in my guest house, researching. And since I'm away from my husband for months at a time, it's my therapy.
Thanks for the complements.

5. I was there years ago . . .
. . . when the level of the lake was way down. Looks like it's recovered. I agree, it was a strange sort of place.

3. That's and interesting set up with the bells
It looks like the little one is tied to the big one. Love the shot.
