6. When I joined the Fire Dept 3 years ago,
I thought I would be able to get a lot of up close action shots.
Unfortunately, we are so undermanned that I am too busy and too burdened with equipment to even have a camera close by. :(

The upside of being undermanned is that within 6 months my wife and I were both driving and operating pumper trucks.

My truck


The trucks are fun.
The fires....not so much.
