2. Interesting...

I paid $17.95 for my paperback at Barnes & Noble in Walnut Creek...not a first edition, by any means, but I'm pretty sure the content is the same...

4. Of course it is, I've put in for one that will be about 5 bucks with shipping

give or take a buck or two.
They make a killing, or try to, with the first editions, and in mint condition they are worth it to a collector.
I got a kick out of the photography apology....
Once we've both read the book, we'll compare notes.

3. I haven't read that one by her

but I have recently been reading a string of books about science fiction film which all quote it. I've been thinking of picking up a copy of it after I'm done reading these.
