Arches
I'm bored, here are some arches. I've recently had a bizarre fascination with them. Arches, churches and old cemeteries. Mexico is great for all three! Enjoy!

Tepic, Nayarit: Museo Regional de Antropologia e Historia de Nayarit-Center Courtyard

Guadalajara, Jalisco: Catedral Central- Interior

Zapopan, Jalisco: Los Arcos de Zapopan with fountain

Mexico City: Chapultepec Castle

Mexico City: Palacio Gobierno- Shot from second floor, interior courtyard

Tepozotlan, Mexico: Old Jesuit monastery- Interior Courtyard

Tepozotlan, Mexico: Old Jesuit monastery- Ancient Aqueduct

Teuchitlan, Jalisco: Top of the Basilica

Austin, TX: Austin Women's Club

2. Ooh, pretty. Catholic Churches are usually nice.
What goes on inside, eh, whatever (I grew up Catholic).

3. I really like the first two.
The lines and colors in the second one are great.

4. Guadalajara's main Cathedral is gorgeous
Architectural purists don't like it, because it's sort of a mish-mash of styles (owing to earthquakes). The damn thing is four hundred years old to boot, and it really is beautiful. Next week, when I get back, I'm going to take some shots of Templo Expiatorio-now that is a weird, yet beautiful church.
