Photos from my daughter's wedding
I didn't really take too many photos because she already had a real wedding photographer there and, besides, I was the father of the bride. Still I had to take *some* photos, but they were just quickies. Here are a few:

1. Love them! Congrats to them. What was the wedding date?
My daughter got married July 18th. I left almost all the pictures to the pro but I am going to look at mine now and see if I have anything fit to post.

The weddings look kind of similar but we had a two year old ring bearer and no flower girl. He did not last long at the reception!!

Okay, here is one with the same white chairs you have in yours, lol. I like this one because my friend who made the bow for her dress is tying it on her to make it look straight.

This is practically my only picture fit to print. But I knew I had a ton of backup photographers in the crowd, including the pro.

5. Very best wishes ! Beautiful, the bride, and also the
little one. How sweet.
I just had my son marry in June, and could not take but just a few pictures myself, same situation.

6. HA - I just remembered
on his third birthday my son was ring bearer at his aunt's wedding. In his little suit and so forth, he stood at the altar with the flower girl, and for a long time at a very formal wedding, he stood there and scratched his butt.

I cared then, now I'm old enough to laugh about it.

3. Congrats to you
and to the lovely couple. Looks like a terrific celebration.

PS. I am still trying to convince my son's fiancee to let me take a picture of her engagement ring on her hand. I loved that picture you took a while back with just your daughter's hand in focus. Unfortunately my future DIL seems to be overly self conscious about her hands.

7. Thanks everyone.
It was a very nice wedding. It was in Louisiana so it were pretty hot and humid, but it wasn't unbearable. The kids were certainly having a good time.

The groom -- I guess I should say husband now -- is from Wales. Some of his buddies came over for the wedding. That's them in the photo singing with the guitar. They Welsh boys were driving the American girls crazy with their accents and slender good looks and singing ability. At the rehearsal dinner they got up and sang several songs a capella, with full harmony and everything. The college-age girls serving us crowded in the kitchen doorway to watch every minute of it. My daughter said the lads were collecting phone numbers and email addresses left and right.
