Canon announced the new 7D today.

Not full frame - 1.6 format, looks to be vastly improved over their current 40D and 50D. Lots of bells and whistles. Street price still unknown. I prefer FF, but for a 1.6 I've been shooting a 40D, and waiting to see what the successor to the 50D looked like. Guess I've got my answer.

2. I'm pretty happy with my old 5D and my newer 50D
so I think I'll pass on this one. Maybe when they come out with a 36DD or something. :)
