5. Yes, definitely not a night shot.
But it is a great shot! By upping the gamma (levels) just a little, you can bring out some of the shadow detail; and there is a lot of detail available there.

I actually LOVE pictures taken at this time of day......nothing can compare to the colors as the sun is going down.

I was thinking of using a picture that is sort of twilight. I have to admit it is much more of a shot in the dark than yours, and I was still wondering if it fit the theme!

I know you have some great night photos from NYC.

I think deep shadow is exactly right for some shots, including this one.

Not for "in the dark" though, unless you're making a comment about the Church/religion. If that's the case, it's perfect.
