I hate to lose trees... except the weed that Davy Tree just cut down after laterally trimming it down to a stick for 20 years.

Will that be going in your fireplace soon? I hope it didn't land on anything........

During "Hurricane Elvis", we had friends who had a huge old uprooted oak divide their house in half. Luckily nobody was directly under it.

So sorry.
I'm glad you know how to make lemonade.....after being handed such a "lemon".

(I once put wood on my porch and let it touch the house. It cost me a lot in termite eradication. Be careful)
