Need a bit of advice
Looking for a Christmas gift for my son - and am thinking about a gift certificate to an on-line photo shop.

He currently uses a D-60 - so a wide variety of NIKON stuff is needed.

Suggestions? I searched out the local brick-and-mortar places but found their inventories lacking. The couple of shops I used in the past had some great in-the-door prices, but after calling, it was obvious their interest was in adding high-profit items to the order. Those were very unpleasant experiences.

3. I have ordered from them
Edited on Sun Dec-13-09 07:45 AM by hippywife
three times, twice for work and once for a camera for my husband's birthday. Always reliable and seem to have the best prices I could find when researching. I think a lot of the photographers here and elsewhere will tell you the same.

Hope you find what you need. :hi:

(They do observe all of the Jewish holidays so are frequently closed during those times, so be aware of that when you need to order something and need it by a certain date.)

It doesn't matter if you are buying a lens cap or a Leica you get the same superior service from extremely knowledgeable sales staff without any pressure at all.

6. B&H
I've ordered from them many times and sold old equipment as well. Very reliable, and they have everything.
